Q1. What Quality Photo Should I Use?
The higher the image quality, the better the final result. For the best result, upload a clear, well-lit, high-resolution original photo. Avoid blurry images, screenshots, heavily edited photos, and images downloaded from social media. The quality of your finished shaker pieces depends directly on the quality of the image you upload.
Q2. Can I Use Any Photo or Image?
You may use photos, artwork, or illustrations that you created or have permission to use. We cannot produce designs that may infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other third-party rights. We reserve the right to reject unlawful, explicit, excessively violent, or otherwise inappropriate content.
Q3. Can I Put Multiple People in One Shaker Piece?
We recommend using one main person, pet, or subject per shaker piece. When multiple subjects are placed in one piece, faces and small details may become difficult to see. For a clearer result and better movement inside the case, create separate shaker pieces for each subject.
Q4. What Size Should My Shaker Pieces Be?
Our shaker pieces are not limited to fixed sizes. As long as your design fits within the template in the WOWCASE editor, it can be produced. All shaker pieces are made with a uniform thickness of 1.7 mm. Use the editor preview to adjust the size, spacing, and overall balance of your design before placing your order. The final size and shape of each shaker piece will depend on your design and how your image is cropped.
Q5. Can I Preview or Revise My Design?
The design shown in the WOWCASE editor is your final preview. You can adjust your photos, sizes, cropping, and placement in the editor before placing your order. We do not provide a separate design proof or approval before production. Please review the entire design and confirm the correct device model before completing your purchase.
Q6. Why Do the Printed Colors Look Different From My Screen?
Screens display color using light, while physical products are printed with ink. Because of this, the finished colors may appear slightly different from the editor preview. Screen brightness, display settings, image quality, materials and printing processes can also affect the result. Metallic finishes, fluorescent colors, and extremely bright or saturated colors may not be reproduced exactly in print.
Q7. Can I Change or Cancel My Order After Checkout?
No. Because each WOWCASE is custom-made to order, we cannot change the design, uploaded photos, device model, or other product selections after an order is placed. Orders also cannot be canceled once they have been submitted. Please check every detail carefully in the editor and at checkout before placing your order.
Q8. How Long Does Delivery Take?
Orders are typically delivered within 10–14 days. You can check your order status and track your package anytime from your Order Details page.
Q9. Does MagSafe Charging Work?
WOWCASE is compatible with wireless charging, but it does not have built-in magnets for attaching MagSafe accessories. Charging performance may vary depending on your phone model, charger, power adapter, case design, and positioning. The case is not recommended for accessories that require a strong magnetic connection.
Q10. What If There Is a Problem With My Order?
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at service@7sgood.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the problem. Our support team will review your request and determine the most appropriate solution. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer an appropriate resolution, such as a coupon or, for confirmed manufacturing defects or other serious quality issues, a replacement after review. Because WOWCASE products are customized and made to order, returns or exchanges are not accepted for non-quality-related reasons. Please keep the product and its original packaging until your request has been fully resolved.
Q11. Can I Order Extra Shaker Pieces Later?
Yes! Your first purchase includes both the phone case and your custom shaker pieces. If you’d like to refresh your design later, there’s no need to buy a new phone case. You can purchase additional shaker pieces separately and swap them into your existing WOWCASE whenever you like. This makes it easy to update your case with new photos, pets, favorite characters, seasonal designs, or special memories while continuing to use the same phone case.
